This is a Grade A2 Item. It has minor cosmetic damage. The unit is chipped at the bottom, no other damages were spotted on inspection. The drawers are heavily chipped to the sides this will not be noticable when drawers are closed. Also the bottom drawers runner is faulty as the drawer does not pull out and push in as easily as the others. There is a minor chip on top of the unit.
