Delivery prices and areas

  • How much does delivery cost?
    • Our delivery prices vary depending on the size and weight of your order, with your final fee being calculated during the checkout process. For non-UK or Ireland deliveries, please call 03300 412 8834 (calls cost 13ppm plus your network access charge).
  • Do you deliver to all of the UK?
    • We sure do. This includes the Islands and Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Enter your postcode at the checkout to get a delivery price. Our next day delivery service is only available to mainland UK and excludes postcodes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.
  • Do you deliver to Ireland (ROI)
    • Yes, we do; when placing your order, at checkout, choose ‘Ireland’ in the drop-down box as your delivery country. Please bear in mind that delivery can take up to 3 weeks, but rest assured we’ll arrange the delivery date with you and keep you updated.
  • Do you deliver to Europe?
    • Yes, we offer international delivery on smaller items to the following locations; Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Andorra and Gibraltar. For larger items, please call 0330 0412884

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes, your order's status and tracking details are available in your account. Don't have an account? Sign up for one here. You'll need to use the same email address you used to place your order.
  • Palletised deliveries
    • These products will be delivered as close to your front door as possible while allowing for obstructions, e.g. narrow streets, stairs (for flats), or general obstacles. Your driver is not insured to carry goods inside your property. So, we recommend having two or more able-bodied people receive the items and bring them inside. Any shipments fulfilled by a third-party courier will be a kerb-side delivery. Please note that your delivery date will be arranged before it takes place.
  • Do I get a delivery timeslot?
    • Most of our delivery partners will give you a timeslot on the day of the delivery. This is usually a window ranging from one to four hours, depending on the courier.
  • Can I collect my order from you myself?
    • Yes. We have two collection points; one in West Yorkshire and one in the East Midlands. In the checkout, you will see the option to collect your order – select your preferred location. Please note collection isn't available for orders paid via PayPal.
  • Can I change my delivery date?
  • My item is damaged or faulty
    • If your item arrives damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver's delivery sheet 'damaged' and contact us to let us know. This way, your courier can return the product, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.

      If you notice damage after accepting your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will talk you through the next steps. Alternatively, you can find out more over at our customer services hub.
  • What if I miss my delivery?
    • Our delivery partner will leave a note to explain your next steps. For large, two-person deliveries, there may be a redelivery charge.
  • I’ve ordered more than one item, will they arrive together?
    • We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. You'll receive a tracking code for each consignment to know when to expect your deliveries.
  • When will my item be delivered?
    • We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order's status and tracking details in your account. Deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm. And most of our couriers provide a specific timeslot on the day.
  • Can you assemble my furniture for me?
    • Yes, click the link to find out more, and just give us a call on 0871 984 1924 if you need more than 1 item assembling.
