Terms of Trade

  1. All prices displayed on our website include delivery anywhere in the mainland UK and VAT at 20%.
  2. We require payment in full at the time you place your order. Payment can be made either by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card.
  3. We must be notified within 2 days of delivery if items are received in a faulty or damaged condition. Other than in the case of faulty goods we operate a strict no returns policy on trade orders.
  4. Orders may be cancelled within 5 days provided the goods are not already in production or dispatched.
  5. Where the above Terms of Trade differ from our standard Terms and Conditions, the above Terms of Trade apply. All other Terms and Conditions are as published on our website.
