Add a stunning, modern focal point to any home with this AmberGlo electric fire. It features Alexa voice control and an app so you can easily adjust the fire anytime, and you can choose from seven LED colour effects - and finish with your choice of resin logs, acrylic crystals or calcium carbonate pebbles (all included) to match your look. The safety cut-off feature prevents overheating, and an open window mode turns the fire off when it detects a sudden drop in temperature. It’s simple to install too; just attach it to the wall, plug it in and switch it on.
The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Hi, The Amberglo 62-inch Wall Mounted Electric Fireplace (model AGL062) has an open-front design with no glass covering the flame area. The LED flame effect and decorative fuel bed (pebbles, logs, or crystals) are exposed at the front rather than being seen through a glass screen. This is how the product is designed.

Hi, The AmberGlo 62-inch electric fireplace directs heat forward and upward, so the back stays only slightly warm. It’s safe to place over a standard outlet, as long as the socket remains accessible and there’s a small gap behind the unit for airflow.

Hi, The AmberGlo AGL062 fireplace has two preset heat levels – Low and High. In addition, it features an adjustable thermostat that allows you to set the desired room temperature between 18?°C and 35?°C, which automatically regulates the heat output. There is no separate “Medium” heat setting.

Hi Jade,Yes, you can hide the TV wires behind the AmberGlo AGL062 electric fireplace if the TV is wall-mounted above it, but this requires careful planning to manage the fireplace's 1.12-meter, bottom-right-exiting cable and ensure the heat exiting from the top panel does not damage the TV or cables, making professional installation highly recommended.Thanks!
