Each unit comes with a 27mm clip-on propane regulator (37mbar), compatible with popular gas types such as Calor Patio Gas, Flogas Leisure Gas, and BP Gaslight, ensuring you can choose your preferred fuel source.

Safety is important, which is why our outdoor patio heater is equipped with caged protection, a tilt switch, and a flame failure device to provide peace of mind. The package also includes a protective cover to shield your heater from the elements when not in use.

The addition of glass stones within the heater creates a unique flame effect, enhancing the ambiance of your outdoor setting. An aluminium coating and a substantial 45kg weight anchor the heater securely, although this unit will require fixing in position during high winds for added safety and stability.

Answer from SamCarter: Answered on 27/06/2022

Hi Annie,

Thanks for getting in touch

I've attached a PDF of your manual for your reference.

You can find the lighting instructions on page 9

TO LIGHT THE PILOT

• Check all connections prior to each use.

• Turn on main gas supply at source.

• Press to turn control dial anti-clockwise to PILOT.

• Hold the dial down, press IGNITION button repeatedly

until pilot flame is lit, then continue to hold the dial

down for 20 seconds until the pilot remains it after

releasing dial.

• If pilot fails to ignite or alight, press to turn dial

clockwise to OFF and repeat.

TO LIGHT THE APPLIANCE

• The pilot should be lit and the dial set to PILOT.

• Hold the dial down gently and turn anti-clockwise to HIGH.

• When the appliance lights, turn dial clockwise from HIGH to LOW as needed.

Hope this helps,
Sam
