Question from Ann: Asked on 24/04/2026 Does the chaise link to the seating - one customer reports that they move apart and she has to pull them together every day?
Hi, The Payton Corner Sofa is designed to be secured using integrated bayonet brackets located on the sides of the sofa sections. To ensure the units are locked solidly together and do not drift apart, they must be physically linked by lining up the ends of the sofa body and the chaise, then lifting one section to slot its brackets into the corresponding fittings on the other. If the sections are moving during daily use, it indicates that these bayonet fittings are not currently engaged or were not fully aligned during the initial setup. We recommend separating the units and re-seating them into the brackets to ensure a secure, permanent connection.
Thank you.
Question from Christy: Asked on 23/11/2025 Re Chaise corner sofa - Payton. Your website says it has a depth on the non chaise side of 96cm, is that accurate? It seems much deeper than other sofas in your range. Thanks
Hi Christy, yes, this sofa has 96 cm depth on the nonchaise side, which is slightly deeper than some of our other sofas to provide extra seating comfort. Thank you.
