The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Question from Steve: Asked on 09/11/2025 I want to mount a tv 30cm above this on the wall but can I have my tv recording box sat straight on top of the fire? Does the top get hot to touch?
Hi Steve, we do not recommend placing your TV recording box directly on top of the fireplace, as the surface can get hot during use. For safety, it is best to mount your TV on the wall above the unit and keep any electronics clear of the heat. Thank you.

Hi Ellena,Yes, the fireplace's "Heat Exit Top Inside" design means heat vents upward, making it likely safe to place a TV above it, but you must ensure adequate vertical clearance and that the TV or mounting hardware doesn't obstruct the top heat vent.Thanks!
