The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Question from P: Asked on 22/07/2026 I want to hang the fire on the wall and not have it built in to a media, will the bear damage the tv as it is released from the top ?
Hi, the AmberGlo AGL081A can be wall mounted. As heat is released from the top of the fire, we recommend allowing enough space for heat to disperse and checking your TV manufacturer's guidance before mounting a TV above it. The fire's heat outlet must not be obstructed.

Hi, The AmberGlo AGL081A is suitable for use below a TV in a media wall installation. As the heat is released from the top of the fire, it is important to leave sufficient clearance and ensure the heat outlet and air vents are not obstructed. The installation manual advises that the temperature around the TV must remain within the TV manufacturer’s recommended operating limits, so we recommend following both the fire and TV manufacturer’s guidance when installing.
