Hi, Based on the assembly manual, the Samuel Real Leather Left Hand Chaise Sofa (SML001) is constructed as two separate body sections that require a total of 10 legs ; to change these, you must unzip the base cloth on the underside of each section to access the threaded bolt fittings. When increasing the height, it is critical to ensure that all 10 replacement legs are identical in height to prevent frame warping or joint stress , and you must only use the furniture on firm, level ground as per the manufacturer’s safety guidelines. Furthermore, the manual strictly advises against dragging or pulling the furniture , as this can damage the leg fittings, and all hardware should be periodically checked and re-tightened to maintain structural stability.
