Thanks for getting in touch
After each use turn to high to burn off excess grease and food debris, leave it on for 15 minutes until it stops smoking. Afterwards, you can use the included cleaning tool while still warm (but not hot) to remove any excess.

Hi! This appliance shall only be used with butane/propane disposable gas cartridges with an EN417 valve such as the CFH 230g, Zapp 445g, Coleman 500g, or equivalent, without exceeding 500g. Note that if you need to connect the BBQ to a standard gas tank, you have to purchase an adapter, which is sold separately. I hope it helps, thanks!
