Question from graham cryer: Asked on 24/04/2014 I purchased the cube freestanding mixer tap in July 2012 and it was installed in October 2012 by a qualified fitter. When the tap is switched on, either hot or col, the water comes out of the shower head as well. When the hot water only is switched on for the shower head it trickles out the tap which is less of a concern. Can a replacement ceramic disc or remedy to this problem be purchased with instructions. The taps I usually purchase have a 10 year guarantee and are usually ready to be replaced by then anyway. Any help would be appreciated.
