Question from Bryden: Asked on 02/09/2020 Hi
Can this shower tray be installed using a riser kit or does it need to be fitted flush on the floor? If it can be fitted with a riser do you stock an appropriate kit and how much does it cost.
Answer from Mariam Hi Bryden,
It can be installed either way, riser kits are used when the waste needs to be above the floor, and if not fitting with a riser kit the tray should be installed on a bed of sand and cement so that it is fitted to the floor. If you do choose to go for a riser kit, this would be suitable: https://www.betterbathrooms.com/p/up-to-1200mm-rectangularsquare-inc-leg-set-easy-plumb-set-panel-pack-a-beba_14121.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards.
