Good afternoon Darren. This pack comes with soft close seat, push button flush plate, a concealed WC cistern, toilet, grey furniture unit and basin. However, the tap and waste are not included. The tap we recommend is PRO345 (Product Code) and the tap will arrive with a waste and if you require the bottle trap then the code is BTMD03 (Product Code). However, usually customers require this when they have chosen a basin which is wall hung and they wish to hide unsightly pipework to give it a more neat, sleek and modern look. As this basin is within a furniture unit your pipework will be hidden. I hope this helps. Thanks, Usman.
