What if my product is beyond repair? Our ‘remove stain, repair or replace’ rule means you can claim up to the value of your furniture if it cannot be restored.

What am I covered for?

Stains and accidental damage resulting from a sudden or unexpected incident.

Spills resulting in a stain - chemicals and corrosives, food and drink, cosmetics, ink and paint
Rips or tears
Scratches
Burns
Scuffs
Punctures
Watermarks
Pet damage – three claims per duration of your cover, but there’s no limit to claims made for stains.

Structural defects - covered if they occur after the first 12 months

Loss of resilience
Broken or warped framework

Lifting or peeling of hide on leather furniture

Do you have a child or teen that loves playing online games? Why not introduce them to the Recoil Shuttle High Sleeper in black and red? The sleek and stylish colour scheme is sure to be a smash hit for any serious gamer as the whole frame has been intricately designed to fit the needs by including a desk area that can be placed lower for a more laid-back gaming experience or can be placed at its normal height for more intense gaming sessions!

Built from thick wooden particleboard that is resistant to scuffs and marks, the Shuttle can easily be constructed with the ladder going on either the left or the right side depending on your room space.

Included is a colourful RBG LED large desk area that supports a TV/Monitor, large under bed space for a chair or beanbag, 2 large pull-out storage drawers to store clothes or electronics, a hanging clothes rail, a wide hydraulic-hinged storage box up top and a large comprehensive step easily to climb the ladder that leads to the sleeping area above.

A 32-inch TV is best matched with this bed.

The cosy sleeping area with a single bed and we recommend no more than a 16cm thick Mattress for this product due to safety reasons.
