Question from Alan: Asked on 16/05/2022 What gas do you run your pizza oven on & what size bottle do you recommend knowing that amount of gas used

Answer from SamCarter: Answered on 18/05/2022

Hi Alan,

Thanks for getting in touch

I would recommend a 5kg bottle of Propane - If you want to top up less frequently then go for 13kg. For comparison - a 13kg lasts about 9 hours with 5 BBQ burners on full power.

Hope this helps,
Sam
