Hi, The “Only Opened – Pristine Condition” Sleepful Premium Super King Memory Foam Top 2000 Pocket Sprung Pillow Top Mattress is the same model and specification as the brand new version, having only been opened for inspection and not used, so it remains in pristine condition with the same construction, comfort and support as new, and it is supplied with the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty, with the only difference being that the packaging has been opened.
