Question from johnny: Asked on 27/11/2025 can they go behind a standard radiator
Hi Johnny, these panels should not be placed directly behind a standard radiator, as prolonged exposure to heat can cause warping or damage to the panels. We recommend leaving sufficient clearance from any heat source to ensure they remain in good condition. Thank you.
Question from Gordon MacDonald: Asked on 22/11/2025 Can you easily cut these panels to the required fit ?
Hi Gordon,You can easily cut the Delamere Oak Acoustic Wall Panels using a circular saw or jigsaw. Just be sure to measure precisely, use a fine-tooth blade to prevent splintering, and protect the veneer with painter's tape. After cutting, you may need to sand the edges and finish the exposed wood for a clean, polished look. Thanks!
Question from Acoustic panel: Asked on 27/10/2025 Are the acoustic panels heat resistant as can they be placed around a solid fuel stove??
Thanks
Hi,Acoustic panels, are generally not designed to withstand high temperatures and should not be placed near a solid fuel stove. The materials used, such as foam, fabric, or wood veneer, can warp, discolor, or even catch fire when exposed to intense heat. For safety, it's best to either keep them a safe distance away from the stove. Thanks!
