How our mattress recycling service works
When ordering your new mattress, make sure you add the mattress recycling service to your basket at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, one of our dedicated team will be in touch to organise a collection date. It may not be the same day as we deliver your new mattress, but we’ll try and arrange a date that’s best for you — weekdays only.
On collection day, your old mattress will be collected by our trusted partners. You’ll need to be present but you won’t need to help, as we’ll send two people. We can also collect from any room in your home.
To minimise carbon emissions, we’ll locate a vehicle nearest to you from our transport network.
Your old mattress will be taken to a licensed commercial recycling facility, where it’ll be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.
