Question from Olly: Asked on 16/08/2020 Please can you clarify the weight and material composition of this tray - is it acrylic capped stone resin or acrylic capped PU without any added mineral content? Just wondering what makes the tray lighter than others and how it retains the strength, as the 5 year warranty appears to be a lot shorter than most! Many thanks.
This is not a stone resin capped tray, it is a compacted hard foam which is then acrylic capped. It holds the weight as the tray should be bedded on a sand and cement base.
