Hi, The Char-Broil Convective 440S (model 140846) does not include a gas hose or regulator. According to the official Char-Broil UK manual and manufacturer guidance, UK safety regulations require that a BS 3212-approved LPG hose and regulator be used, and these must be purchased separately.

Hi, The side shelves on the Char-Broil Convective 440S (model 140846) are fixed and cannot be folded or dropped down. They are permanent work/prep areas.
