It's time to invest in a Lusso garden building. Construction – What am I made of

British made, with a solid timber frame and redwood tongue and groove timber cladding walls. The wall panels are fully insulated and finished, ready to install and with a blank chipboard canvas so you can create your dream room. Its pent roof has an EPDM* rubber membrane covering, which is maintenance-free, plus that’s fully insulated too. The doors are uPVC double-glazed, so you can enjoy the warmth, peace and quiet. The floor is made of mild steel, and there’s even a vermin barrier to stop any unwanted guests. Outside, there’s a hidden roof system that stops water from collecting; it’ll simply run from the sloping roof and drain via the guttering, all hidden from view. Rest assured, this is a high-quality build.

*EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, a synthetic rubber used in a range of applications such as window and door seals (glazing), waterproofing sheets and electrical gaskets.

Design – Make it your own

Anthracite grey door frames and finished roof give it a contemporary look. It features double sliding patio doors giving you unobstructed views. The inside is unfinished, leaving the rest up to you to create your unique space. You can install plugs inside or outside. Passages in the wall panels mean that electrical cables can be run inside the wall then plastered boarded for a finished look. You can even drill straight into it thanks to the chipboard, so no wall plugs are needed. Then you can decorate it how you like, the latest wall decor, designer shelving, paint colours etc.

Assembly

Delivered and unloaded by the manufacturers themselves, using special equipment. You can choose to take on this garden project yourself (2-4 days depending on your experience, with a step-by-step guide and all fixtures and fittings included) or seek a professional to do it for you. Lusso Aftercare

Once you have built your Lusso building, to ensure the product's longevity, we recommend you regularly clear any debris build-up on the building and treat the cladding annually. We recommend Tikkurila Valtti Wood Oil or Linseed Oil for your annual treatment; these can be found at paint wholesalers and DIY retailers.
