Introducing our 123CARE plan – for total peace of mind in your home

We’ve created the ultimate warranty to protect your new furniture and to keep it looking new for as long as possible. With F123CARE, you can rest assured we’ve got you covered.

About your Care Plan

What are the payment terms? You’ll pay a one-time cost with no other charges incurred (even when you make a claim). There are no hidden fees either.

When does my cover start? Your cover begins on the date your product is delivered to your home and lasts for five years.

How do I make a claim? You’ll receive easy-to-follow instructions on how to claim at the time of purchase.

What happens when I make a claim? Our in-house team take care of everything. They'll arrange for a skilled technician to visit your home to remove stains or make repairs at no extra cost. We promise to ensure a quick and hassle-free outcome.

What if my product is beyond repair? Our ‘remove stain, repair or replace’ rule means you can claim up to the value of your furniture if it cannot be restored.

What am I covered for?

Stains and accidental damage resulting from a sudden or unexpected incident.

  • Spills resulting in a stain - chemicals and corrosives, food and drink, cosmetics, ink and paint
  • Rips or tears
  • Scratches
  • Burns
  • Scuffs
  • Punctures
  • Watermarks
  • Pet damage – three claims per duration of your cover, but there’s no limit to claims made for stains.

Structural defects - covered if they occur after the first 12 months

  • Loss of resilience
  • Broken or warped framework
  • Piston failure
  • Lifting or peeling of hide on leather furniture
  • Loose stitching

And, what’s not included?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover for the following-

  • Stains or damage we can't identify
  • A build-up of stains
  • Fading or wear and tear
