The AmberGlo Grey and White Fire Suite has some minor cosmetic damage. The unit has dents on the wooden frame of the fire place and there is a slight chip on the bottom panel. This will not stop the product from functioning. Please see the images for more information.

To control the fire using your phone, you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be download via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. A good Wi-Fi connection will allow the app to communicate with the fire successfully. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first.
Use the remote control to control the downlights. Simply, hold down the timer button for three seconds and then use the arrow keys to scroll through the colours.
