The AmberGlo Smart Grey Electric Fire Suite has some minor cosmetic damage. There is slight damage on the front corners of the fire suit and the internal plastic bar is cracked at the right hand side. This will not stop the product from functioning. Please see the images for more information.

The TUYA Wi-Fi App
To control the fire using your phone, you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be download via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. A good Wi-Fi connection will allow the app to communicate with the fire successfully. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first.
Downlight controls
Use the remote control to control the downlights. Simply, hold down the timer button for three seconds and then use the arrow keys to scroll through the colours.
