Hi, The Sander SND001 guest bed is designed so that both the main bed and the trundle use a standard UK single mattress (90 x 190 cm), and both sleeping surfaces have a maximum mattress depth of 16 cm. This limit applies to the entire frame design to ensure the trundle fits and operates correctly underneath the main bed, so a deeper mattress is not recommended for either part of the bed.

Hi Kay,The Sander Single White Wooden Guest Bed with Storage and Trundle (SND001) has a trundle that can be pulled out from either side of the bed, thanks to its castor wheels. However, the two under-bed storage drawers are fixed on one side of the bed and are not accessible from both sides.Thanks!
